Shelbert was born July 16, 1960 to the late Ully C. Hall and Mary Lou Loundermilk in Stuttgart, AR. He confessed a hope in Christ at an early age under the baptist faith in Chicago, IL. Later in life, he returned back to Stuttgart, AR and joined Traveler’s Rest Baptist Church until he moved to Arlington, TX.
Shelbert was also known as "Seven-Four". As an entrepreneurship with many many skills and talents, Shelbert knew how to make an honest dollar. He could convince anyone to hire him for a job that they didn’t even know needed to be done.
Shelbert was also very loving and caring person. His expression of showing love was undeniable every time he seen you. He was a genuine good person who always had something to give and would not hesitate to help anyone that needed anything.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ully C. Hall and Mary Lou Loudermilk; his grandparents, Lucious Hall, Henritta Montogmery, Roy Loudermilk , Classie Smith and Alonzo Smith.
He leaves to cherish his memories; two brothers, Darnell Hall of New York, New York; Petey Hall of Little Rock, Arkansas; two sisters, Deborah (Mario) White of Richton Park, IL; Veronica (Antonia) Nolden of Milwaukee, WI; eight aunts, six uncles; special friends, Kristin English, Christine Lee with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
