Ully C. Hall affectionately known as “Booster” to many that loved him was born June 7, 1941 to Lucious Hall and Henrietta Montgomery Stigger-Hall in Casscoe, Arkansas. He confessed a hope in Christ under Baptist faith at an early age. For fifteen years Ully was employed at the City of Stuttgart Municipal Water Work Department as a maintenance employee. Ully was a man with exceptional work ethics and many skillful talents, e.g., plumbing, carpentry, ect. In his leisure time, he enjoyed traveling and watching western and detective movies. Ully “Booster” was loved by many people because of his good-nature, charm and loving personality. Without hesitation at any giving time he would help anyone in need.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucious Hall and Henrietta Montgomery; siblings, Easter Lamb Kellan, Otus Stigger, Horner Stigger, Chester Stigger, Ben Stigger, Fairy Stigger Taylor, Alfonzo Stigger, Betty Stigger, Sanford (Steve) Stigger, August (Skippy) Stigger and Ola C. Hall
He leaves to cherish his memories three sons, Sherbert Hall of Arlington, Texas; Darnell Hall of New York, NY; Petey Hall of Little Rock, AR; two daughters, Deborah ( Mario)White of Richton Park, IL and Veronica(Antonio) Nolden of Milwaukee, WI; siblings, Chaster (Pearl)Stigger, Sharon Rugledge, Clover Nicholson; God-daughter, Brenda N. Thompkins and 11 grandchildren with a host of other relatives and friends.
